GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS: WINERY TOUR PRIZE

• Introduction:
  By participating in the giveaway you are agreeing to these giveaway terms and conditions. The giveaway is being run by Project Independence Ltd.

• Eligibility to Enter:
  The giveaway is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Project Independence employees, affiliates and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  
  To be eligible, you need to donate to the Project Independence Giving Day 2023. 

• Giveaway period:
  The giveaway will commence on Tuesday 21 November 2023 and conclude on Saturday 2 December 2023.
  
  Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
  
  
• Winner selection:
  The winner will be selected randomly from eligible donors and will be notified via the contact information provided during the giveaway period.
  
  
• The Prize:
  The prize consists of a Winery tour for two with Canberra Winery Tours, comprising of two people pickup and return to Canberra, two cellar door tastings of around an hour each, gourmet pizza and a tasting flight at Four Winds Vineyard. Pick up around 9:30am and drop off after 2:30pm (departing from Murrumbateman at 2pm).
  
  The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
  The winery tour date and details will be arranged between the winner and Canberra Winery Tours. Prize is eligible until 1 December 2024.
  
  Project Independence and Canberra Winery Tours are not held liable if the winner is unable to participate in the tour.
  
  
• Limitation of Liability:
  Project Independence accepts no liability for any damage, loss, or injury sustained by the winner or their guest during the winery tour.
  
  
• Law:
  The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Project Independence reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the giveaway or amend these terms and conditions.

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Project Independence entity reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules.
